Thank you for visiting and shopping at lunaboheme.com. We are dedicated to bringing our free-spirited bohemian designs to dreamers all over the world. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note for high-demand seasons: During collection launches or holiday seasons, processing times may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we carefully pack each piece.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

  • Lunaboheme is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.). Please check with your local customs office for more details before purchasing.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 

  • Once your order has left our wanderlust studio, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can track your bohemian pieces directly on our website or via the carrier's portal.

5. Damages & Lost Packages 

  • We take extra care in packaging your dresses, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@lunaboheme.com.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and include photos in your email so we can process a replacement or refund for you immediately.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer 

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to reship the order.
